I asked about the renovations that had occurred since my last stay, and he was very knowledgeable about them, and even informed me of upcoming improvements. I will stay at your hotel every time I visit that market. 2-3 times per month going forward. Your staff is excellent. The rooms are also much nicer since the renovations.

The included breakfast, which was tasty, was à la carte--a refreshing departure from the standard, buffet-style continental fare. For us the location was perfect. It close to where we needed to be for a business engagement.
